Inspiron 15R 5521 model has Troubling me since from the Day One. First day up on opening, Key board has found defective. it was not locking to its Palm rest base. Entire set was replaced. Then Mouse Flickering has started. Last five months am suffering like a HANDICAP. very irritative. unable to select any icon. un necessary windows start opening.
i have given complaint custormer service. Ms. Sunila from senior Escalation team (SET) is handling this case. She has repaled entire mother board, Dc cable & OS. After replacing all major items also Problem not rectified. I have submitted request for the entire peice replacement. Because nothing left to replace. Several times system repaired. Ms Sunila has denied for the same. I requested for her senior interfere. but she denied to do so. Now the case become very personnel to her , EGO and Mischief has entered.
After several calls Mr. SUKHDEV SINGH team MANAGER(SET) has came in picture and arranged laptop to service center with out any spare piece. After 25 days , product returned but, problem remains unresolved. Ms. Sunila is totally mischief. I doubt, she is not conveying my messages as it is. Even she is not recording my problems as it is. When ever i requested a call from her, just for formality she rings once, not even full ring and disconnects. Later call has scheduled for tomorrow. Like this 5 months passed.
I request some one from their higher management to look into seriously and kindly help me. I was about to file a case against DELL in consumer court, But SET Manager Mr. Sukhdev Singh assured me that he will resolve my issue. But I dont see my long time patience, hope will happening true. Overall am so tired to followup them for getting justice
