Dell inspiron won't go to boot screen, when I power on and press FN I get beep codes 3-3-2-1

No I don't get the Dell logo just blank screen, I've been in contact with Dell but because my warranty has ended they won't do anything unless I pay

The three beeps likely mean a bad mainboard -- there may be multiple issues, but three or one beep indicates a board failure.

How do I fix this, it sometimes comes on and works fine.  I've ran tests on it and no fault comes up

Check with alternate memory sticks on different slots.

If the system boot into windows again and there are not any beeps, I suggest you update chipset drivers by entering the service tag number (or use Detect Product) onto link below.
