Dell is a minor league team. Face recognition a total fail

Why launch something that doesn't work? It just ruins an otherwise good name to add a feature that just does not work. Dell's laptop face recognition works one out of 6 or 7 times. It is frustrating. How much did this add to the cost my computer? It hurts to be sucked it to an otherwise good idea that Dell can't deliver on. But why release it before you figure it out. Bad move. Who else has been frustrated but this lemon of a feature?
