Dell printer and HP computer
I just purchased an HP laptop and I want to print on my Dell printer but the system tells me it can not find it. It shows up as an option and when I try to resolve the issue it has nothing seems to work. The printer worked fine before and I would like to use it without buying a new one. Each time I go to Dell's site to upload a fix it says the file I am downloading may have a virus. What can I do to get my printer to work?

Make and model of your computer and opertaing system? 32-bit or 64-bit?
Make and model of your printer and how you're trying to connect it? If wireless, does the printer have a WiFi light and if it does, what color is the light? Also was this printer working on your network before?
