Dell vostro 1400 webcam problem

Hello everyone,

Well i installed my dell vostro 1400 webcam driver. Unfortunately, when i click on the Dell webcam console i only get the screen below to modify the webcam parameters but i dont get any screen showing input from the webcam.

-Troubleshooting steps.

1. Installed driver from dell support site [ok] - problem not resolved

2. Uninstalled and reinstalled the driver [ok] - problem not resolved

3. Checked from the device manager that the driver manufacturer for the driver is "creative labs" [ok] - problem not resolved

Please help me with your advice.
