Deployment driver packs causing constant pop ups after installation

I am using the Windows Enterprise 2012 R2 server with ADK to deploy images on various laptops and desktops. I have noticed that after using the Dell Deployment driver packs on laptops, (E6430, E6420, E6410, E6400 so far), I get pop ups in both Audit mode and OOBE. From what I can tell, Apoint and the Nvidia drivers, (hkcmd, apoint, sttray, igfxtray), want to run and are popping up asking for permission to run, and even when clicked, they just continue to pop up asking for permission to run. I have removed the call to start up in the registry, (HKLM\microsoft\windows\current\run), and even attempted removing the actual Apoint folder with the .exe. the big problem is that once I sysprep to oobe, the programs and pop ups return once unsealed. Is there a way to stop this from happening? I love using the distribution driver packs, they make life so much easier, but if I can't stop the pop-up from happening, I'm not going to be able to use them. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
