Device drivers
I have a Vostro 1700.
I'm installing a PCI Express USB 3 card. Its the NEC model
I'm getting an error message in my Device Manager
Base System Device
The drivers for this device are not installed (code28)
Location PCI bus3, device, function 3
Can anyone tell me how to fix this. I've run the Dell System Detect Launcher and found nothing.

You may need to reinstall the Chipset Driver into the system. You can download the chipset driver for this computer at the link below.
