Devices on my Precision M6500

I just bought this laptop a few days ago, replaced the HDD with an SSD, and reinstalled Windows 7 Professional x86. A few things about devices on my laptop confused me...

I've gotten notifications from Notification Center that I need to install a fingerprint driver. My M6500, from what it looks like, does not have one.

My Bluetooth light is on, but I do not see anything in Device Manager about it or Devices and Printers.

My space bar squeaks whenever pressed (unlike any other key). It's driving me insane. Without replacing the entire keyboard, what can I do about it?

Addition: I would like to install a second HDD in the laptop. It comes with the caddy, but no screws or adapter. By adapter, I cannot plug the hard drive straight into the PC, like the first HDD bay.
