Did I just brick my 5100? No boot, only power LED comes on...

I was attempting to upgrade from A06 to A22 via Bay Wolf downloaded ISO image. I made the CD, ran it on the laptop, and didn't pay much attention to what it did. I saw it start re flashing, then I went back to my business. I looked over when I heard it turn off. I tried to reboot it, but nothing happens on the screen. I can hear fans running and hard drives spinning. No lock lights come on, but the power light turns green, but fades in and out. No splash screen, no beeps, nothing. Just a power flash then black. I'm done repairing laptops for friends and family if I have to replace this machine...
