Dock TB16 and Dell XPS13 9350

I recently purchased the TB16 dock and I am using it in combination with a XPs13 9350.

I updated all drivers, bios, ...

I also tried the "siwtching off wireless" suggestion already

Problem is, the monitor goes blank several times each day.

Any suggestions ? Any fixes ?
