Does 9343 Dell 2015 XPS 13 i5-5200U support NVME drive?
Hi,
Read conflicting reports that the Dell XPS 13 supports NVME drives. Considering its a SATA M.2 connection I find that hard to believe. So was wondering which SSD 512GB or greater drives are compatible with the XPS 9343 - 13 laptop ?
Thanks

If you want to know what it supports, go to the Dell download site and look at the specifications manual. In the Storage area it will say SATA or SATA, PCIe and note whether there is an M.2 option.
If it has the PCIe option it probably has the SATA option and a PCIe drive seems to be set up a SATA by Dell from the factory, depending on the system.
How old is your system?

The 9350, 9360 and 9365 support SATA or NVMe drives. The older models are SATA M.2 only.
