Thanks for the response. I downloaded the driver and installed it. But, it didn't work. I am attaching the screen shot. I don't know if the driver you have suggested is a generic one. Is there any specific driver for my laptop model inspiron N411z? Please let me know. TIA

Good work on troubleshooting. I would suggest you to update the BIOS on the computer. Please enter your service tag # on the link below, then download the BIOS required onto the system and install it.

Also, I would suggest you to run the test on Webcam on the system.

1.       Open the link http://dell.to/14YjKb2

2.       Select ‘Hardware’ under ‘Advanced’ tab.

3.       Select ‘Camera’.

4.       Click on ‘Run Diagnostics’ button.

5.       Let me know if the results.
