E6220 Wont boot up past the Dell Splash

I am getting a blank screen after booting up. I see the Dell Splash - then nothing. I have tried F8, F12 to no avail. It says it is initializing the menu when I push F12 but then I see nothing. IDEAS? Help?

I tried removing the battery, rebooting etc. I also tried removing the RAM one at a time and rebooting. Nothing. I connected to an external monitor - Nothing.

Out of ideas...
