E6410 - Can't install Bios update A10 from Windows

[Note: Bios v 11 was recently released EOY – that file does NOT appear to have the ‘Other Versions’ items so you need to click into the version 10 file instead]

Click “Dell-BIOS” for the E6410A10.exe (5MB) file (don’t click “Download file” yet) and expand the link for ‘Other Versions’ and you will see multiple previous versions including A09.exe

The BIOS on my E6410 will not allow an update to any version higher than A09 until you first apply A09.  I still do not see the "other versions" section after selecting the A10 version, tried the A11 link too.

You say you can find A10. Click on A10 and it takes you to another web page.  Then click on other version.  I have done this so you can see it.
