E6510 Bios Update A09, A11, A16

Hi, I'm Trying to update E6510 Bios from A03 to A09 then A11 and finally A16 but the problem is when I execute the file on Win7 32b it asks for a password to continue upgrading, looked for it all over Dell site and nothing found, then I logged in as an Administrator and same result, so I went to fail proof mode and it executes but then I got a window saying that the charger is no the one for this laptop, any suggestions???? please....
