Edge to edge 15.6" full HD and 16" RGBLED full HD

hi guys, i have a xps16 with the edge to edge 15.6" full HD display (when i purchased the option for RGBLED 16" display wasn't threre!). Just wonder are there some significant visual differences between these two displays? (hope the one i have is not too bad?)
