Eject buttons not working Studio 1749

hi my eject both buttons not working <ADMIN NOTE: Substitute character removed as per TOU> once i restart and press f12 for diagnostic and that time it was start working ,how can i fix it thanks

Hi agha11,

I would suggest you to update the BIOS on the computer to fix the issue. Please enter your service tag # on the link below, select the OS, then download the BIOS from BIOS section onto the system and install it.

hi thanks for reply RAVI

i tried up date BIOS and the up date i get is for v08 and my pc have the same ,I thing i remember when i bought it new it had win 7 home premium,and i upgrade it to win pro ,you think is that has something to do with if it is what should i do ,please help .thank you
