Eject buttons wont work for my 1747 laptop
my eject buttons wont work for my cd drive i have a 1747 whats wrong? oh and i just got this as a replacement today because the video card died on the first one

Did you get any solutions other than to replace the whole thing? I have same problem. It will not eject and if I try to open the drive, it asks for a CD to be inserted, which cannot be done because there is one in there.
