Enquiry on missing screw
May I know if losing a screw while dismantling a computer void the warranty? I had recently bought an XPS 12, disassembled it but might have lost a screw.

It will not void the warranty. Please private message me the snapshot of the missing screw. Also send us the service tag of the system in private message.

As I live in Singapore, will this affect me as I had caused it by accident.
