Error Code 0313 Error Detecting Internal Touchpad or Pointing Stick
I posted a similar topic yesterday regarding a Latitude D630 with the the touchpad not responding. I ran the diagnostics for giggles and came up with the following.
Error Code 0313.
Msg: Error Code 2000-0313
Msg: Error detecting internal touchpad or pointing stick. The given error code and message can be used by Dell Technical Support to help diagnose the problem. Do you want to continue testing?
Yes or No or Retry
Any ideas on my next venture for a solution?

Hi City Of Eden,
Welcome to the Community. You will need to have the palmrest replaced which includes the touchpad. Contact Dell Technical support in your region for a replacement.
