Start with an extended -- NOT just quick - hard drive test.  F12 at powerup.

This type of error is ( Page Frame Number ) often caused by a corrupted driver.  if this is something that has happened recently, have you installed any new devices to the system or updated any drivers?  If so you may wish to uninstall the new device or roll back the updated driver.

If you haven't installed any new devices and aren't aware of any driver updates the following link has a great document from Microsoft regarding troubleshooting bug checks

msdn.microsoft.com/.../ff545560(v=vs.85).aspx

Here is Microsofts article on 0x4e PFN List Corrupt Errors.

msdn.microsoft.com/.../ff559014(v=vs.85).aspx

Please let me know if this helps.

i don't know what is going on with your system but it seems buggered up pretty good....gxfui would seem like something with you graphics card. i kinda googled you error message and it comes up with lots of possibilities...thats why i suggested malware scan its simple...lol

maybe a fresh install of the OS is whats needed

The 0x4e error as I mentioned before is often caused by defective drivers.  GXFUI is a file associated with Intel Video drivers.  Do you know if there has been any Windows updates ran just prior to you started having the problem?  It could be that the Windows update installed the incorrect video driver.

I didn’t notice before but you received an error running diagnostics?

Error code: 0123, Msg: Error Code 2000-0123, Memory-inergity test failed"

Do you know what part of the diagnostics where being ran when you received this error?  The 0x4e is a memory related error, and certainly could be another explanation for the problem.  If you like shoot me a private message, just click on the link in my signature.  Please include the service tag of your notebook and your name and I will be happy to research possible service options.  I must warn you though, service options will be limited if the system is out of warranty.
