Error code

My inspiron randomly stopped working.I get this blue screen that says "an error occurred and the error can happen when a removable device is removed while it's in use or failing. Properly connecting ang removable device and restarting your pc may fix this problem." The problem is, I didn't have my computer connected to any device...

0xc00000e9 is the error code.

I attempted to enable safe mode, but it didn't work. It says the operating system couldn't be loaded because a required file is missing or contains errors.

Then I ran a diagnostic test and the hard drive test said test results fail error code 2000-0142 validation 17372 self test unsuccessful. Status=7

How do I fix this??
