Game Crashs
I don't think this is the best place to put this but NVIDIA's support website and 2K Games support told me to. Civ V crashes when I try to run it at DX11, but not DX9. Apparently, this is a problem with NVIDIA and NVIDIA directed me here. I'm not sure what kind of results I'm expecting, but well, I want to be able to say I followed their instructions.

Have you tried updating the video drivers?
Please provide the screen shot of the device manager with Display adapters expanded.

Okay, I'll try it but I'll have to wait until tomorrow. I'm in a hotel and my internet is painfully slow.
