Getting UDP throughput of 750 Mbps in Dell Precision M6500

I am using a Dell Precision M6500 to stream data to a FPGA board at a high data rate of 750 Mbps on a direct link.
FPGA ethernet is capable of supporting the required throughput, but the bottleneck is on Laptop side. I am not able to get more than 450 Mbps throughput.

Is there any way to increase the throughput. I have tried increasing the socket buffer sizes, playing around with Ethernet card options etc., but in vain.

I am also ready to buy a 10 Gigabit card for the laptop, but couldn't find any such thing in the market.

Can anyone please suggest some way of acheiving this.

Thanks,
-Harsh
