Getting rid of faulty preboot authentication

OK, my story. I had a preboot authentication set to fingerprint reader and password, reader being default. It was incredibly buggy, but worked fine most of the times.

Then I had a "low disk space" problem on terrible performance on my 64GB SSD drive, so I decided to upgrade it's firmware to support TRIM. And so I did, I followed manual included with upgrade tool and everything went fine. Except one small issue - entire drive got TRIMMED with all my documents on it. There was no warning in the manual that this will happen!! OK, I had my documents backed up on my desktop computer, so no biggie there.

The problem is, I had to reinstall OS and everything else (two days of work, than you for that, DELL!), but I still have the preboot authentication enabled and associated with previous Windows user. I have disabled everything I could find in BIOS - hard drive password, system password... And I still can't get rid of it, preboot authentication manager pops up on every power on. And, of cause, it no longer accepts passwords, at they are no longer there - disabled in bios. So each time at fresh power on I have to hit and ESC key, wait a bit, then hid ENTER key and only then OS booting starts.

OS (Windows 7 x64) boots up and operates just fine. I have installed the EMBASSY application and it shows 1 user being enrolled. Unfortunately I was unable to un-enroll that user from my system. If I try to enroll an authentication, it creates new user, associated with fresh Windows user.

It is very annoying, because if I forget to push buttons during powerup, it counts it as failed authentication and I have to wait a few minutes before a retry.

So, how do I get rid of this thing? Please advise. The laptop is DELL XT2.

Try running Bootrec.exe.  Use the /FixBoot option recreate the Master Boot Record.

BTW, in boot menu, there is an additional option - Intel Management Engine BIOS Extention.

This is how it looks:

None of my used passwords works. Fingerprint does not work either. Empty passwords also. ???

I don't think MBR will fix this. OS is working fine. Everything is working fine.

Except the annoying preboot authentication message on each power on. I think this is set in BIOS and MBR has no control over it.

Or does it?

Here is what I mean by "annoying":

I just hit enter and it boots up just fine. This appears only if I press ESC while it is asking to authenticate. If I fail to do it in time, system reboots and halts for a couple of minutes.

Please note:

Admin password is not set.

System password is not set.

HDD password is not set.

Password bypass is disabled (but it still bypasses the authentification request when resuming from standy).

OROM protection is disabled.

TPM - Trusted Platform Module ir active. If I choose Clear (all encryption data), a confirmation request pops up (last picture below).  When I click Yes, it switches to Deactivate (so far so good). Then I Apply BIOS setting and hid Exit. PC reboots and STILL pops up the authentication request. But I have deactivated it!! I then do all that again, but uncheck the "TPM security" box to disable it. Then Apply setting, hit Exit... PC reboots... and guess what. Autentification is STILL required. I see this as a critical bug from DELL or whoever designed this "security" module. This needs a fix ASAP. Or give me a contact information where someone will help me.
