I have got a Dell Inspiron 5548 (It is the one with Intel Integrated HD Graphics 5500 and an AMD Radeon HD R7 M270) which came along with Windows 8 pre-loaded. However, after windows 10 was made available, my laptop was upgraded to windows 10. Things were pretty smooth for a month or so and I no issues with my laptop. But all of a sudden now there is a problem with Loading of the graphics driver after logging in to my account. The screen flickers and goes blank for once and then I get logged out. After logging in again I get an error in the windows action center saying "Graphic driver fail to restart". Also at the same time a popup dialogue box appears saying AMD Drivers not functioning. When I go back to Device manager to check the problem, I can see that Intel HD Graphics 5500 has a Yellow exclamation mark which means Intel HD Graphics 5500 has fail to load. However, the device manager shows that AMD Graphics device is installed. And when I come back to check the switchable graphics option by right clicking on the desktop screen it gives an error saying "AMD catalyst control center cannot be started. There are currently no settings that can be configured using AMD Catalyst Control Center."
I know multiple people have this problem and I don't see any input from Dell or Intel or Microsoft on this being resolved. This is *** annoying if you have to reinstall your graphics driver from device manager each time you login to your laptop.
Can someone provide me with a permanent fix for this issue.
Thanks in advance!!
Also to let you know, just because the laptop is over 1 year old, you stop supporting queries on calls and ask me to go to a dell service center for a chargeable servicing of the laptop which is just ridiculous. These are problems not created by customers and you should take total ownership of these kinds of problems and provide immediate fix. I deeply feel somewhere that I would never recommend dell laptop to anyone.

I have fixed this issue with myself. Just go to your PC manufacturer's website and then find the appropriate driver i.e. Intel HD Graphics 5500. Simply download it and install it. Your problem will be fixed then.
Why does it happens:
The PC manufacturer modifies the driver according to their BIOS which makes the driver compatible for the BIOS to run it. These modified drivers are called non-generic or PC manufacturer's driver. These drivers are different from the drivers that you may find on your hardware provider's website, e.g. Intel.
Solution for the issue:
So, I recommend you that never to download driver from the Hardware provider's website. Always go to your manufacturer's website and download he appropriate driver.
If this would help for you, then it was my pleasure to help you and if it doesn't then you can contact your manufacturer.
