I have a new (3 months) Dell Inspiron 11 3000 series 2-in-1 laptop and as much as I like it I have had some issue or other with it every month since I received it. Last month I had problems booting up after a hang up in start up. Contacted Dell support and we got things worked out or so I thought, but it happened again today. Only this time the power light is on, the cap lock will turn on and I can see my mouse cursor, but the screen is black and I can not power it down or anything. I really like this computer, but honestly I am getting very frustrated with the issues I have had with it.
Has anyone else had this issue or any suggestions on fixing this issue?
