Hard Drive bad in Dell Inspiron N5050

I need to replace the hard drive in my laptop - inspiron n5050 .  I will not use another seagate.

Just unsure what to do about the os which is windows 7 home premium 64 bit.

I have the rescue disks made, and also have a windows 7 home premium 64 disk that I bought for my desktop,

I used Magic Jelly Bean Key Finder and have serial number that belongs to the dell laptop.

Question, how do I get the windows 7 operating system back onto the new hard drive?

Can someone tell me the best way to do it.
