Hard-disk ***********, the system Primary HDD, is protected by a password authentication......etc.


We need to perform a clean install of windows on our 2 client's laptop. The password, that was provided by them is not working.

Service tag of the first: <ADMIN NOTE:Service tag removed per privacy policy>

of the second: <ADMIN NOTE:Service tag removed per privacy policy>

Can you help?

If the password is lost, replace the hard drive(s).

Welcome to the Community. It looks like you need the system password. You will need to call Dell Technical Support in your area to get this password. Make sure you have the orignal system owner details, as they will need to verify this on our records, before they give you the password.
