Please tell me I don't have to replace my hard drive... I've purchased this laptop on March 2014, so its barely been 9 months....
My computer was working fine last night, then when I went to turn it on this morning, it got stuck in the "Dell" startup screen, where I entered diagnostics via f12.
I'm outside of the USA and I've purchased this computer in the Philippines. Is there any chance I could just go to the service center here and have it replaced?
