Having to reset the wireless adaptor each time i try to connect to a wifi network

Hi,

 I've a M2400, with win 7 ultimate.

For some reason everytime i try to connect to a wifi network, it never connects, including ones which I have previously connected to.

The only way i can fix it is to run the wizard to reset the connection and then it 7 times out of 10 will connect.

All of the drivers are up to date for the Intel nic & wifi

I'm debating unistalling the Dell Control point / connection manager software, just in case there is a conflict going on between control point and windows.

But has anyone else come across this issue?
