My Dell Inspiron15 5000series is need ( Type the system or administrator password).So my laptop is not nothing working also Not Booting! This screen show me like this> (Dell security manager) >>>This computer system, #BYW2LC-6FF1, Is protected by a password Authentication system!! !! !Help me please Sir! Thanks a lots

You need to place a voice phone call to Dell support -- and have your ownership/registration details ready for verification.
