How do I disable the touchpad on my Studio 1735 laptop?
I now mostly use a mouse connected to my laptop, and often touch the touchpad by mistake which causes my cursor to move somewhere else while I am typing.
How can I disable my touchpad? I'm running Windows 7 now.

Thanks for making me aware of the Mobility Center. Unfortunately, I only see sections for Volume, Battery Status, Wireless Network, Expernal Display, Sync Center and Presentation Settings.

Quickset will let you turn off the touchpad. Type Windows Mobility Center in the Start box to access it.
