Sorry. Realized I wasn't very clear in my first post. When I switch to tablet, nothing changes. It is supposed to change to Tablet mode but I apparently don't have the software. Thats what I need. Sorry.
This is the wrong software. Duo Station is for use with the separately-purchased docking station.
What the poster (and now I, as I wiped my Duo to upgrade it to Windows 7 Ultimate), need the *Stage* software that includes the PhotoStage, VideoStage, BookStage, YouPaint, etc., not the duo Station software, which is useless without the actual Station dock.
Using Internet Explorer, go to My Dell Downloads :: Login
Same email address and password as here.
Add the system to the list. You can then download Dell Stage from there.

Tried that several times already. It doesn't work. After running the syspro plug-in it goes to a page that says the Application isn't responding and to call customer service it it persists. I'd try connecting it to an Ethernet connection, if the Duo had one (it's wi-fi only).
I had the same problem with registering. Please install all applicable windows updates the register your system and you will be able to access My Dell Downloads.
i am having the same type of problem when i try to go to MY DOWNLOADS it just bounces back your service tag is not surported when you ring they are not helpful either been trying for the last 3 months now dont think i shall bother with dell again if this is how they treat you...... i have the 2310 touch screen all in one
