How do I permanently toggle the Fn key on my Dell Latitude E7440?

I know there is a way through the BIOS menu but mine looks nothing like everyone else's. There is no advanced tab or Fn Key Behavior button. Also there is no option in the Windows Mobility Center. I've tried little tricks like Fn + Esc or Fn + Caps Lock, I've tried pretty much everything but I can't switch it no matter what I do.

RE: How do I permanently toggle the Fn key on my Dell Latitude E7440?

Hi Uzi109,

Thank you for writing to the Dell Community Forum.

Please go to the BIOS page, Post Behavior > Keypad (Embedded). This option lets you choose one of two methods to enable the keypad that is embedded in the internal keyboard.

Fn Key Only - The keyboard is only enabled when you hold down the Fn key.

Num Lock - The keypad is enabled when the numlock LED is on, and no external keyboard is attached.

You may also refer to this link http://dell.to/2fq00r1, for the shortcut function guide.

Kindly get back if there are any further queries.
