How downgrade bios on Inspiron 15z 5523

Im very sorry for my bad english and if i post it in wrong section. I need help. On mother laptop Inspiron 15z 5523 we update the bios and after it when we play games, laptop poweroff myself with no any errors. I check temperature and its say 70 mother board and 75 degres both core. I go to google and found info about new bios  (A05, A05) what we install he have a problems with big tempetature in laptop. I remember in old bios we not have this problems. So, we need  downgrade bios to old (A03 i belive) BUT HOW DO IT. When i start the A03 bios file he told me what  i have already new bios and can t flash older. I try many methods (try command /forceit in cmd and dos) but no results. Please tell me its possible or not? (((((

Instead of trying to downgrade BIOS, I'd suggest you update system's chipset and video drivers. Please enter service tag number(or use Detect Product) onto the link below. Install drivers one by one or installation order. By the way, what operating system is on the computer ? Windows 10, 8.1, 8 or 7 ?

D]

Please type troubleshooting control panel onto [Cortana] search box, click View All, and then windows updates and System Maintenance. If you haven't updated video driver on Dell Product Support page then I suggest you update it in Device Manager. Please type Device Manager control panel onto search box, stroll down to Display adapters, and then expand it. Right click driver[Intel Graphics ?] and then update it.

If updating the graphic driver [Intel ?] doesn't makes any difference then I suggest you download nVidia GeForce driver from your Dell Product Support page or NVidia com.
