How to disable touch screen on my Inspiron 15 5000 series

Hi,

I am trying to find a way to disable/enable my touchscreen in my laptop. It is running Windows 8.

I looked at control panel at pen and touch but there is no option to disable it.

Would appreciate if anyone could help with my issue. Thanking everyone in advance.
