How to perform a complete diagnostic of a laptop for any Hardware+ Software Issues
I have done the Diagnostic using the Online tool,Support Assist in order to find out issues.
But still some say that the Online diagnostic tool is not worth for diagnosing the problem.(This is from a dell techincal guy).Now whose advice do I follow.The online support says its usefull whereas other say it's not.I don't know whether its for Money that they are saying I should go for the Diagnostic provided and waste a day's time or something else.

With regards to a complete hardware diagnostics both online tool and the diagnostics from f12 menu work almost the same way, but most of our customers prefer doing the test from the f12 menu.
With regards to the software testing its best to do it manually as there is no software as such to test each and every software except running the malware, spyware, antivirus softwares.
