How to reboot Dell XPS 15' when it stucked at DELL Logo, not booting
Dear All,
How to reboot Dell XPS 15' when it stucked at DELL Logo, not booting. CTRL + ALT + DEL doesn't work, 30 secs power off pushing neither works.Don't actually wan't to wait till the battery is drained out...Need your help.

Hi Adam,
Thank you for reaching out to us. I recommend you run a hardware Diagnostics on your system, to rule out a hardware failure. Follow the steps below.
1. Turn off the computer.
2. Hold down the FN key and then press the power button
The above steps will initiate the hardware diagnostics. In case it gives you any error message make a note of the complete error message or if possible take a screen shot of the error message and keep us posted.

Thanks for (not) understanding, the notebook was frozen, so I couldn't turn it off or turn it on again, pretty obvious. I waited till the battery drained, removed a disc from BR drive and it works now. Thanks anyway.
