How to reinstall Windows 7 without a recovery disk?

Hello,

There is a virus on my computer that restarts when I log in, and it happens even in safe mode.   It is the first time that i want to reinstall the windows, so i dont have the recovery disk.  Is there any solution? how can I order the recovery disk?

Try downloading the Kaspersky resue CD on a working computer. Write out the ISO to CD-R. Boot the CD-R on the infected system. and follow the instructions and run a complete scan.

Do you mean you are getting a BSOD blue screen crash when trying to start windows?. And this also happens in safe mode?

If so you have a hardware fault. Most likely the hard drive. Remove and reseat both your memory modules and then run diagnostics on the hard drive

Download and boot the dignostic CD for your laptop from Dell.

They would be able to get rid of the virus without you having to re-installing the OS.
