How to run two external DVI monitors on a Dell E6520 with a docking station?

My Dell E6520 laptop has Optimus enabled in the BIOS. I installed the latest version of the Intel 3000 series driver from the Intel website and the latest version of the Nvidia driver for the NVS 4200M from the Nvidia website, but I still cannot get the laptop to have an extended Windows desktop between the two DVI monitors hooked up to the docking station.

When I try, only one of the external monitors shows up, and so does the laptop LCD shows up as well. I can extended those displays (one external monitor and laptop LCD), but not the two external DVI monitors even when the laptop LCD is closed.

Does anyone know of this setup is possible, and how to set it up if it is?
