I am unable use head phone and mic - Dell XPS L502X
Hello team
I am using Dell XPS L502X
I bought new headphone with mic compatibility but when i plugged it was not working and i have checked in another computer it was working there but it was not working in my laptop.
I have uninstalled Realtec audio drivers but no use and also cross checked in setting but no go
Kindly please help to resolve this issue.

I had similar problem after migrating the laptop to Windows 10 from Windows 7. I solved the problem by uninstalling the Realtek software from Control Panel, and rebooting. Sound in headphones now fine.
