I got two fail messages and need help to fix the problem.
I was giving my computer a "PC Checkup" and I receive two failed (message #1 on Targeted Read Test - WHD20-W5R and message #2 on SMART Short Self Test - WHD16-DFJ). What can I do to fix the fail messages?

Try running the Full Diagnostics and report back any error messages from that.
