I have N XPS 13 9350 Laptop (2016) and the screen does stays black after rebooting

After rebooting my screen stays black. I first get the Dell sign but my screen stays black. I tried an external screen that works and also with D and power button the screen still shows all colors.

Unfortunately my warranty has just expired (2 months); is there someone that can tell me what what could be wrong or how to fix this problem?

Hi dutchtraveler,

Thank you for writing to the Dell Community Forum.

As you have mentioned that the external screen works fine, request you to please uninstall the video driver. Refer to this link http://dell.to/1SVquRD choose the operating system, download the video driver and install. Also request you to please run all the windows update on the system.
