Apologies for the inconvinience. We do not send the recovery disc as Dell systems are shipped with Dell Datasafe backup with which the computer can be used to restore to the factory state.

Dell doesn’t send a drivers disc as over the time the Dell support site updates the drivers for individual hardware components. However, if the drivers are not available on the support site we advise to check the manufacturer for drivers which helps.

I do not need drive, enough drivers on the site.

Hello, I have yust bought Dell Insprion 3737 with Ubuntu preloaded. There were no problems accesing internet, but after instaling Windows 7 a lot of devices are not working (including network connections). I am writing now from old computer, hoping to get missing drivers for my laptop. I have already download drivers from Dell official site and instal them, but nothing changed. Can you help me please.
