I need help!

Hi, I have a major problem. My small brother grabbed my laptop while I was at work and re- set my windows 8 dell laptop. When I turn it on, a dell logo shows up, and a small bar loads under it. Then it brings it to a black screen with warning messages I believe. I’ve looked up videos on YouTube on how to fix it and it seems that none of them work. I need help!!

Please list Dell model number. Example: Dell Inspiron 3543

In the meantime, you remember the warning messages? You ran diagnostic to check the hardware on the system? If no, please follow steps below:

1. Power off system. Remove all peripherals ( except AC adapter)

2. Power on system, quickly start tapping F12 continuously until you see Preparing one time boot menu in the top right corner of the screen. In the boot menu, stroll down to Diagnostic and then click on it
