I need to fix my inspiron 11z, help please!

Msg comes up at start
"Windows failed to start. A recent hardware or software change might be the cause."
i have tried everything and nothing seems to work can somebody please help?

Hi joeynumb3rs,

I request you to run the diagnostics on the system by Holding down the key while pressing the power button. This will check all the hardware components on the system. Please make a note of any error messages during the test. Once done, you may also restart the system and keep tapping the F8 key on the keyboard multiple times (Twice every second). Choose the option "Safe mode” and wait until it loads up. Please check if the system works fine while in "Safe mode".

Please let us know, what steps you have already tried, so we can employ different methods to have this issue fixed.

hi DELL-Harish thank you for replying it says it found nothing during the test and all tests pass.

Did you run the extended (takes about two hours) hard drive test, or the quick one? You need to run the extended test.

also i have tried to run in safe mode and it takes me back to the same screen.

i ran both but the extended one i left during so im running it again now.
No Events found!
