I want my money back!!! Or at least a working replacement.

I am very annoyed about the newly bought Dell product, an Inspiron 3521, 15. It shuts down for no reason what so ever. I use it for work and these shut downs, cost me money. I need this computer up and running, but sadly I sent it to warranty and they said it is OK. BUT, I really can't run it, it ruins my job, I really need a working and functional laptop, if there is nothing to do, I will contact higher authority to help me.  This is where I bought the laptop. Well its a local service, I just went there, they didn't give me any sort of service tag.
