My bluetooth no longer works nor does it come up in the action center. When I go to settings to add a bluetooth device it says that I need to turn on bluetooth.

The Bluetooth & the wireless is on the same card & the driver are the same.
Open device manager – expand network adapter – right click on the wireless driver & click on uninstall (do not check delete driver). Restart the notebook, this will refresh the driver.
Swipe-in from the right edge of the display to access the Action Center.
Tap Bluetooth to turn Bluetooth off or on.
