I have a Dell XPS l702x running Windows 7.
Often when using itunes on my PC i get an error
'Itunes has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available'
the only option is to close the program. How do I resolve this issue?
Have you tried contacting Apple support?
I would suggest you to reinstall iTunes on the system as the first step.
